To answer your question how at the opening of the movie he couldn’t save the horses life he tried and the horse dies him and Shelly meet they run away together they are killed before they could fully fall in love and develop their relationship that is why he couldn’t fully heal or regenerate immediately because there lives were taken before it could be pure love

I would definitely say it’s cursed and this bill movie was the best of the crow movies it pulled off enough to be the best crow movie but the Brandon lee movie is one of the best movies of all time this movie was no where close to that but as far as crow movies go this was the best

Ask for what you said I'm not coming at anybody that didn't like this show I'm coming at the people who uses the word "woke" to bash this show when the term Is Not What It originally stands for those are the ones that I'm talking about. I've also said in the video that yes this show does have a lot of weaknesses such as the writing but I still enjoyed it so I wasn't knocking down anybody that didn't like this show my words were for the people who uses "woke" the wrong way.

As a black man, I get a special kind of cringe when I see other black men talking shit. These same people being dismissed as sexists loved Ripley from Alien and grew up loving Xena. They loved Black Panther and Blade. The point is that SW was a male centred IP that many women enjoyed. This show was a big departure from the heroic theme we grew up on. People hated to see the lore broken and the Jedi made into corrupt cops. It simply wasn't SW.

First off let me say thank you for thoughts. As a fellow black man I do understand where you're coming from but from what I've seen I've seen women get death threats for just being apart of this franchise example (Reva from Obi Wan) she got definitely just because she will the lightsaber and she's a black woman so there is sexism here there's no doubt about that. The other thing is the show portrayed Jedi as being an extreme measure to Wheeling the force and it's also how Anakin fell to the dark side because of the way the Jedi principles were it's the same reason why ahsoka left the order as well in clone Wars. It's not about pointing them as evil it's about the Jedi not being the good perfect people like older fans think they are from the original trilogy. Because even if you look at that Obi-Wan didn't even tell Luke about his father Vader nor did Yoda for the sole purpose of trying to get him to kill his own father without an attachment being and play so that he could kill his father. I'm not saying the Jedi are evil I'm just saying the Jedi aren't the greatest of good people in the galaxy.

@@GeekLodestars Thanks for your reply. I accept that there are racist and sexist assholes but we should not give them outsized prominence. Most people hated the show because they do not believe that it is Star Wars. Whether we like it or not, men and women have different interests. Disney has always had a problem retaining the attention of males past teenage. They have no such problems with women and girls. It's estimated that 70% of SW audience and men and boys. Rather than playing to it's strength, Disney seemed to be courting a new audience that doesn't exist. None of that is to say that you cannot create female led shows that men like. Ripley from Alien and Xena are two examples. It seems to me that many fans tuned into Acolyte because the saw Trinity in the trailer. Most people who hated the show seemed to like Sol. So the racists/sexists can be easily ignored. And the cast! What happened to the good old day when a press tour goes like: "We've made a great show that everyone can enjoy"? No. Straight out the gate it's about shitting on fans and the IP. "Patriarchy, yas! yas!" It was cringe. How about we start with what the vast majority of fans want from SW? The grand epic feeling of that ship going across the screen, getting bigger and bigger! If they are telling us that we should watch because of "representation", they've already lost. God bless

I understand what you're saying and I do agree with a couple of things you said however my rebuttal to that is I think Star Wars fans especially the older generation can't get past the first three movies especially if they actually saw it in the theaters when it happened because that was a literal cultural phenomenon and it's hard if not damn near impossible to replicate that. And from what I see it's kind of like they dismiss anything that comes out as new that doesn't have to do with the original trilogy I think this has to change but also what has to change is the writing because as I said in the video that is one of the main issues with the acolyte even the first three movies of the new generation that was their problem too there was no direction so riding and the direction needs to be solidified. Yeah like you can make great female characters without putting down men I feel like Hollywood doesn't know how to do this for whatever reason so that also needs to change as well but you can't deny that there is a big racism/misogyny problem within Star Wars as well because again it seems like to me if no one but Leia is a strong woman character then it's a problem 🤷🏿♂️

@@GeekLodestars I take you point but I'll say this. I'm fifty so in some ways I'm in the older generation 😂. Some quibbled about the prequels but they are a minority. Most of us were just glad to see Yoda fight. We also read the books like Knights of the Old Republic and New Jedi order and loved them because though they told different stories, there was a certain fit and continuing that shows like the Acolyte doesn't do. Undoubtedly there are racist/sexist but I think we make them bigger than they are. There's a big overlap between Star Wars fandom and other nerd IP led by women. Here's a thought. No one looked at James Earl Jones, Sidney Poitier, Morgan Freeman, Samuel Jackson or Denzel and thought they got to where they are through DEI. Now it appears to me that the more studios are marketing shows around DEI, the more people are suspicious about whether black talents are diversity hires. It's doing more hard than good. The best thing we can do is ignore the racist/sexist and engage opponents in good faith.

Leaks say that there´ll be over 65 named characters in this movie between Autobots, Decepticons and other factions, most G1 characters but many from Prime too. Hasbro will be making Studio Series figures for years. The Optimus and Megatron are already available too...

Let's face it - Ryan Reynolds & company have NEVER been shy bout the music setups. Guardians Of The Galaxy did the same thing. Forgive me - I can kinda understand why Gen-Zers roll their eyes when the "setups" happen - 80s - 90s music doesn't REALLY speak to them. I´ve been with Wolverine eversince 1974. This is the first time I´m really satisfied with his onscreen appearance. Why not Magneto? Well: why not anybody? This is not the Marvel 616 Earth which you´re talking about, WW2 and so on. These stories were once called "What If?" (Marvel) or Elseworlds (DC). There are DOZENS of different Wolverine-incarnations in the comicbooks. Then, these stories were openly What If-imaginations, today they´d do it in multiverse other reality-manner.

I liked this one better than 3 for sure. I like the new directors, because they have nice fresh camera work, but don't you miss Michael bay now, and wish he directed these last two?? Can you imagine Michael bay directing this movie. With the fugitive concept. The action would of been better than two. Now Michael would of wanted a bigger budget. I'm going to see it again saturday. I do feel they didnt really take advantage of the whole fugitive on the run aspect. And the cartel never came after them. Or the cops besides the main characters. The trailer mislead me. When the villian said. Put a hit out on them. They will have it coming from cops, cartel, gangs etc. I wanted some other dirty cops to come after them, besides the actual villian. And that one scene where theu are all at the table, and the news breaks that captain howard. Was accused of being a drug trafficker. Instead in the movie will finds out on his phone. The scene it hit way harder in trailer. With them as a family sitting around the table. Having laughs and then the big new breaks on the TV. There are so many things missing in this movie. That bums me out. If they would of did everything I mentioned. Here without michael bay. This movie would of met all my expectations or standards. And also if they cut back some of martins jokes in the first 30 to 40 minutes.. overall I liked it. I also feel like Armando needed more action scenes, because he is a savage, and they only gave him a few parts, and he really didn't do any damage like that. Except the scene with joyner lucas, the prision scene, and the end. I think this could of been a great movie. If they did all that I said.
