Hello my beautiful friend alwaya love to see what you find ❤️, oh i hate charlie horses, its like instant pain. I usually end taking off the xovering to my double sided and put on my parchment squares or the ones i get from temu. You just dont want to roll them backwards or you might get things calles rivers and those are a pain to get out. Your canvas looked very very nice.
