Hi Tim, Why isn't there any antivenom for the platipus? Looks like it's the same proces as making antiserum for paralisis ticks, spiders and snakes. I know of a previous episode that for snakes and spiders horses are the antiserum-deliverers, I don't know if they are also the deliverers of the paralisistick-serum. So, can't horses make platipus antibodys or is it just inhumane for the horse to go trough such a pain? Just asking. Greetings from Up Here, The Netherlands 🥰🇱🇺

A question on the Cassowary chick: As this chick has had human interaction since he was young, would he routinely have a less aggressive reaction to keepers and guests? If so, would this help at all with the breeding program?

............................BUGGER! Many years ago in the seventies I had to stop on my Kuranda track for an Emerald-Python stretched across it, both head and tail not visible. I tickled it's ribs for 15minutes before it disappeared down into a very deep valley. I recon it must have been nearly thirty feet long because I did not see it's head and was more than seven inches in diameter, no meal bumps. Cheers, Malcolm.

Video is pretty sickening considering the amount of abuse these elephants go through at "sanctuaries" like this. Chris should be ashamed of himself, and I think the constant removal of negative comments pointing out just how egregious this really is, speaks volumes. This was such an amazing opportunity to highlight an actual safe haven for these gentle giants, but instead you all decided to glorify abuse and even participate. I'm sure this will be removed as well, but I will continue to post

Wrong info this time, Tim! Anti- coagulant is a blood thinner. Actually I believe blood thinners used to prevent blood clots and strokes were created with, or based on, anti-coagulant venom. My grandmother was taking Coumadin after her heart attack. I remember she had to be careful if she injured herself because the bleeding was difficult stop. One time the entire white of her eye was red because the Coumadin had caused blood vessels to rupture. Edit: Your name slipped my mind had to search: Tim Faulkner. 🙂

@@gm1799 He's a professional as has done this for years. He works in a program where he milks snakes too. I was just putting out the correct info. I was hoping someone on his team would see it and correct it. I didn't post any personal attack like YOU are doing. He's not there alone btw. Perhaps his staff gave him the incorrect info as to which type of venom. If you get bitten by a venomous snake and have the wrong info, you're dead.
