Your family is so fortunate to have such a large property with a huge variety of exotic and abundant fruits. Hope when I visit my sister we get to visit your family farm and buy some of your delicious fruits and veggies. It's amazing all the varieties of mangoes you grow. Do you grow breadfruit? This was nice to see your mom. Was that your dad too cutting the bamboo shoots? I imagine myself picking along side of you all. How fun like in my little kid days on grandma's ranch! Love your vids! Not sure which ripe variety mango I like. I think I've only had five or six kinds. Mostly I like young green ones to eat with salt and crushed birds eye chili peppers.

Oh yes we love to eat our thai mangoes with thai chili sauce! You definitely need to try more mangoes, there are so many out there with different flavor notes. You asked about breadfruit, we do grow different varieties of bread fruit. In Hawaii we call breadfruit “Ulu.” Many locals cook with it 😊
