Not St. John's. The island directly across from Smuggler's Cove, Tortola is another fairly similar sized island in the BVI chain called, Jost Van Dyke.

Not really. Just rent a SUV and explore. One whole day to the North and one whole day to the South. The people are incredibly nice. Enjoy.
