The new M.M. Sgt Slaughter is going to reuse Big Boa's boxing gloves, so they're getting some milage out of Boa's molds.

The boxing gloves are going to be reused for the new Sgt Slaughter coming out.

NOTE: Range Viper was a Wal-Mart exclusive, which is worse than Target exclusives because Wal-Mart doesn’t even stock GI Joe Classified in stores, and they have very low stock online. Range Vipers sold out online very fast, and have basically been $50+ for some time now. Shame for another troop builder to go the way of the Cobra Island Trooper years later. Didn’t they learn their lesson?

Talking about the Dreadnoks….I love that sub team and Ripper is almost perfect, imo, his head sculpt is awesome and although I agree with you how it’s frustrating about loose glasses, I like Ripper better without them since he has the “smiley face” in the one eye but I was disappointed with Buzzer because his glasses are useless. I love Torch and Gnawgahyde, just got both of those last week. I don’t have the MOD Zartan yet but definitely plan on getting it off EBay or somewhere like that. Zarana is fine too. I think Monkey Wrench will be next year.

Good overview. Classified got me back into Joe for the first time since I was a teen and gave my collection to my cousin. My method is to get one of every character, but not every figure (e.g. one Baroness, one Copperhead) though I have made some exceptions (e.g. regular and PD Destro which I switch out periodically) and have done a bit of Army building (Vipers and CGs that surround CoCo).

had to buy 4 Range Viper for $55 each and I’m very thankful that someone on Etsy has a 3d print of the Range Viper head. Started collecting Classified since they release the Techno Viper which caught my interest in army building.

Range Viper is one of my favorite Cobra figures and overall top 10…..it’s just such a cool looking head sculpt. I have 4 open and 2 in the box. Talking about the two Firefly figures….I agree with you, I like the second version(#84) better but the first one was a solid figure, just looks a little too bulky because of the bomb vest. I have only been able to get one Arctic B.A.T. so far….Ive preordered a couple more from BBTS for like 3-4 months but they still haven’t received them so I’m not sure what is taking Hasbro so long.

Shadow Tracker was a big phat dissapointment!! They should hv scaled up the 3.75in scale figure...from POC

I also started collecting the Classified line from the very beginning #00. And I would have never guessed that the line would be this far within 4.5 years. I love it!

They didn't use the Crimson Baroness arms on the Retro one because the Retro one came out first, and so those arms didn't exist yet. The Crimson Baroness head won't work on any of the other figures because the peg hole is much smaller, unfortunately.

Awesome line up. I have most of these, except for the HISS which I failed to get :(. And the two other Classified Cobra Commanders. I am like you in that I mildly army build. Minimum 2 or 3 with a leader/officer. One thing that gets overlooked, is that Storm Shadow (classic version) and the original Cobra Officer both have an extra set of articulation over all other classified figures to date. They both have forearm swivel. At some point they must have felt like it was too much cost and cut that feature out. :( Then one other odditiy. If ever I could ask Lenny a question, I would ask WHY.....oh WHY....with the legion of tooled parts and their penchant for reuse.....have they NEVER reused the Cobra Officer torso. Why? Even when they re-painted Python Patrol or 788 Fire team or even the Stinger driver.....the original Officer torso is absent. It has the rank on it -____-. I wonder if it was lost or damaged somehow.

Yeah i preordered these guys a solid like 3 years ago. lets go back further i pledged for several figures from the original Kickstarter but once they finally showed up a few years later i was a little underwhelmed with them, the sculpts were fine but i did not like the colors and the design i thought were a little bland. so when BBTS first announced i preordered some with low expectations, however once they arrived i was far more impressed with them this time. so i had about 3 more i really wanted to get and by the time i went to the site they were all sold out already. makes me feel a little cheated or something after preordering so early and waiting so long then basically having no shot at other figures once i see how they came out. they do look good though.

These just showed up at my local store for $2 each, only had 4 of 6 boxes though. Fresh box... so it explains your difficulty in getting this set of 6, I bet you had 4 for the longest time. Great sets, the ending saved you, your not knowing if the labels where correct for the backpacks. Lisenced product has someone check, yet in the past I have seen it once or twice, not on fortnite, but I do get where your coming from, and they where still relatively new. And $6 for a four inch figure, I am cleaning up all this clearance 😊
