Fuel pressure on mine is 75.1 but I believe it’s. Supposed to be around 90 If yours has. Fuel control module chunk it. And ground. The 2 wires on left side of plug together and the two on the right side

@@willy8d898 pretty sure majority of trucks are mounted this way. Look up the shear stress on 4 3/8s bolts. It's well over 100k pounds

@@samkratzer94 yea I don't like filming while I'm working, that just adds another level of complexity to my life I don't wanna deal with, usually just film on my down time while I'm waiting on parts. Plenty of people who have a bunch of time to film them selves mechanicing and edit videos all day long

@@anthonyfisher4874 id install a permanent fuel pressure gauge. If it ever drops PSI then you'll know, if not you'll know to look somewhere else

I just did it on an 09 v6 by only pulling the bottle, the idler pulley, and the 2 nuts on the thermostat housing. Just leaving the belt tensioner held back leaving the belt, loose, in place.

Second season on the lake, my customer has used it a few times since then. Good enough for for what it is. Either throw the boat away a year ago, or get another year or two out of it. I have replaced engines in boats and the customers let the brand new engines crack the first year.

It would not be wise to fill the truck up and dump it out once a week. It’s best to dump it out at the end of the route every day because there’s a big risk for fires. You don’t wanna burn down your trash truck or your whole facility. Don’t crush big batteries. And keep trash off your trucks battery box.

Trash trucks aren’t geared for climbing hills at all. I think they put weak motors in there so the drivers don’t go nuts ripping and romping while overweight. Even brand new trash trucks go 25 mph up interstate hills where I live in North Carolina.

There’s something called backpacking that’s where you can get more cans on your truck. What you do is as you’re working, you push the head towards the rear of the truck and it smashes the trash tighter. You’ll get more trash in the truck then if you let the head naturally move itself towards the cab Without smashing the head back towards the trash. It’s completely full and you have your max weight whenever you push that head and backpack it all day long and your packer will no longer compact more trash you’ll dump. Can the packer sweep it and start sliding up whenever you open it it’ll all vomit back out into the hopper, and you’ll have no more room to put any more trash in the hopper.

You can increase or decrease the amount of hydraulic pressure. Then you’ll be able to smash more trash bidding more cans. If you go over the weight and you can get a overweight ticket and have to pay for however much you’re over. The state troopers are the ones that you have to watch out for they’re the ones that are going to pull out the scales and weigh you. Regular cops don’t have scales in their car. If you get into a wreck and somebody gets hurt or killed while you’re overweight then that’s not gonna be good for anybody. My truck at my job is a front loader. It’s rated for 54,000 pounds and I’ve gone over to scales at the dump Weighing 71,000 pounds. Also, you have a certain amount of weight on your bet your truck is registered for you can find it on your registration. I’ve had a state trooper check the plate on the truck which says my truck can weigh 66,000 pounds they didn’t check the registration that says that it’s only registered for 54,000 pounds.

I have 5 20 yd trucks and the body will pack out around 8 to 9 tons and 400 to 450 96 gallon cans.

Pretty Much. For a 500 toter route, you’re choosing between staying legal but making multiple trips to the dump which means more labor hours and more fuel consumed OR to pack it as you go and take the risk of an overweight ticket. The tag axle will add the rated capacity to the GVWR tho so that tag will be your best friend!
