I do this with some of the hedgehogs at the marsh, because of dry weather they have to risk crossing the marsh to the green spots, thx for the vid 🎉

Back in the 90s i spotted common lizards in honour oak park south london along the wooded railway line, thanks for video 🎉 (the back of people's gardens using the brick walls)

Thank you. I suspect habitat changes may have played a part in the decline of the Common lizards but thats just a guess, I haven't spent enough time in this area over the years to say for sure. The Wall lizards may have also had some impact on the natives although this subject is often debated and there's a lot of different theories as to how much affect they. No one is sure exactly how the Wall lizards made it to the UK, some have arrived in imported Italian terracotta pots and stone, some people say they where released or escaped pets as far back as 1920.
