It seems like A9C got the Devel dead right on release, while ALU nerfed Devel in the worst possible way, all to promote a car that's barely any better. As it stands, A9C Devel is the version we should've gotten on ALU, as in here, it doesn't always do floaties from simply drifting, it still has an amazing drift radius, decent airspeed, and overall feels like a normal car in A9C compared to its unbalanced state in A9 before the nerf.

I'd make the same video, but as I preferred to do a "side by side" comparison, I passed this idea with free try MP for others. It will take some time to do a clear comparison. About Devel acceleration, for me it seems the same that in global, with the same in-air acceleration bug. Just it can be not as noticable in slipstream. Overall your video is great!
