Hello! If you are using the size pot that I have in the video, you can start off with 1 cup water and 2 cups flour. You can add more of either one each to reach the consistency shown in the video! Hope that helps 😊

Goya dry bean is the best...you can soak dry bean 20mnt for gravy..or sauce...but for rice and bean 45mnts on low fire will cook faster....i never use baking soda for the dry bean...specially goya

I make mine with cilantro because of the flavor but people make it in many different ways
