@Dav50505 How the auto-battle feature works is that once you finish a battle (e.g. in campaign, tower), the game goes to the next battle automatically and keeps going until your team gets defeated.

In terms of which Synergy? Generally, for early game I would recommend Nawi and Atropos combo since those duo can take you all the way to end game. Go for atk runes when starting out

Seraphina's piercing shield skill + Atropos Atk Buff + Red rune Eudora + Ariana's high physical resistance team buff + 3 Glorian synergy control immunity + 3 Striker synergy Atk Buff increase per turn: which are all lineup-related advantage. But yeah sure, the relics are the deciding factor that easily destroyed the other team.

The must have core heroes to have in Myst for them to be competitive are Astrid and Sandra for their passives. The dmg dealer are either Emily or Catherine, but I prefer Emily since she is better. Dullahan and Talos are just there to form a 4 Monarch synergy. Outside of these units, other useful Mysts would probably be Minotaur if you have his red rune skills unlocked. For my team, the relevant rune skills I only care about would be from Emily and Astrid because those are enough to skyrocket the damage of the Mysts team as shown in this video.

In that lineup, Salleine is better than using Twins. It can beat a red rune Eudora with Atropos in 2 rounds

You can, but with that team, you have a lot of core dps. Would be better to swap out either Nawi or Ariana and replace them with a support like Atropos to maximize higher dmg.

Guinn has a unique passive that makes his entire team receives an atk buff stack which makes him quite irreplaceable, the second hero that comes close with this kind of passive would be Athena (if you have her rune skills unlocked) but she's not Glorians so that would not be effective.

I would argue it won't, then again, I don't have Dora's exclusive rune skills unlocked. Assuming I do though, who do you propose to remove in the current lineup shown? Removing any of those heroes will significantly reduce the team's defense considering the boss can already 1 hit you. At best is to swap Mastema, but that would remove the team's Holy Shields from the start and now you are vulnerable to being 1 hit from the start. Swap out Eudora? I don't think Dora's dps output outdmg's a Eudora with red rune skill unlocked.

Yeah. To unlock and cast her rune skill, you must collect and equip her exclusive legendary runes.
