They are awesome man! I tore my calf muscle at the heel. I ordered these, and I'm the type of guy who hates flip flops, and loves to wear basketball shoes. I ve been wearing flip flops for 2 years. The toe spacers helped flatten out hammer toes, and gives more stability in every step. I used to walk on the ball of my foot. After using the toe spacers ( I don't know exactly how long) my weight shifted from the ball to the heel striking the ground first. This is the first time in my life that I walk on my heels instead of the ball. It feels a whole lot better! They're not for everyone, but worked more than I expected them too!

I generally love my Neuro ball. The team behind naboso is great and I have many of the products. Taking care of your feet and balance is worth every penny. Big shoe brands may tell you need more cushion or more support but all of that is nonsense. This is not a shill if you have the budget I can fully recommend all the naboso products as they are amazing
