Yawn - the naysayers are getting boring. Different players get different attention from taggers and other players. Daicos leads Bontempelli & Cripps for most contested possessions in the AFL this season. Earns the ball, earns the frees from those trying to stop him. Players who play the ball are more likely to get free kicks. Umpires? Really? You watch the umpires champ - I will watch champion players, Daicos, Bont etc play football - thats why I watch AFL. Actually go to a game - watch a Daicos or Bontempelli - just focus on them for the whole game - watch what they do on and off ball to get to contest after contest. Appreciate the work rate and their quality. You might learn something if you try and look objectively at the player - unbiased by prejudice because you don't like the teams they play for. Note how other players and coaches are talking about Daicos - now guess who's opinion I value more.
