For context Diomansy Kamara got the move to Fulham on the back of a great season in the Championship the previous year he scored 21 goals for West Brom only Michael Chopra with 22 for Cardiff and Jamie Cureton with 23 for Colchester had scored more that season. But unlike other strikers have scored frequently in the Championship a la Kevin Phillips, Ivan Toney and Aleksandr Mitrovic Kamara had struggled to make the transition to the Premier League he had scored 3 to that point in draws against hapless, hopeless Derby and Blackburn plus THAT famous bicycle kick against Tottenham. But this brace was priceless in the fight for survival absolutely priceless.

I remember this game very well. I went down with my dad and boy did we have a laugh at the end of the game. Very entertaining on and off the pitch with the lights going out 😂
