You were literally touching the card holder when you said it doesn't have one. Seriously just seems like you're looking for any reason to dislike this bag.
@wkwong808 сағат бұрын
Wow, I guess I didn’t notice the card holder when I filmed my review because the glaring faults of the rest of the bag blinded me to that feature that was in my hand. I still stand by my review especially after re-watching it again. There’s no way I’d take that bag, even for free, over the Eddie Bauer stowaway sling especially since they’ve since improved a great design. Thanks for watching though.

Thanks for the insightful advice. I’m sure it’s helped you win plenty of races and National Championships in the Philippines just like I’ve done here in the US racing track, which is nothing like XC training. But I’m sure you know that.

@@wkwong80 I know XC is for MTB but it's the only way to get strong as you can see old man jumping right into track bike doesn't make you Strong directly here in Philippines we first use MTB which is heavier bikes which force us to put more power and Cadence to be able to reach Higher speeds and riding heavier bikes increase your Stamina endurance and power that's why most of our road bike and fixed gear competitor starts from MTB because when we switch to road bikes and Fixed gear it gives us boost because our bike is lighter we can produce more power and speed even an amateur can beat you here i suggest if you wanna be stronger switch to MTB first Before jumping into track bike ohh i forgot my Tips are useless because you're old 53 years old

@@AngeloDeiparine how many velodromes are there in the Philippines? Track racing is a highly specialized sport, sprint racing even more so. It took me a while to make the transition back from 100mile ultra endurance MTB races to compete with Will on the track. It takes a lot to train the mind and body to go so hard for a 20s sprint effort that you’re spent. No need for VO2max, it’s pure power!

Left foot forward to counteract the tendency to go down track. Helps the bike go straighter.

Actually you want the bike to go down track to a certain degree rather than fight it. Right foot forward assuming you're right dominant will counteract that more.

I’m sure many are thinking the same thing… how can we achieve such ankle mobility!?
@wkwong80Ай бұрын
Thanks for watching! That mobility comes from constantly working on range of motion like the Cossack squat, and especially through unilateral work.
@mhg02139Ай бұрын
How long have you been training to get that much progression 🤯
@wkwong80Ай бұрын
The Cossack squat is a great movement because when you start doing it, even with a very very limited range of motion, it seems impossible to complete. It’s uncomfortable & you feel like your adductors & groin shouldn’t stretch like that. It doesn’t take long, at least not for me, but it wasn’t easy because of that discomfort. Maybe a few weeks of consistent work. Be consistent at it, and it will come. The seated part was a natural progression after I could get my leg that low to the ground.
