I can't get the gas flush to work. Even running the gas at the longest allowed time (9.9 seconds) and at pressures well in excess of what they recommend (18psi) my product still comes out vacuum sealed like shrink wrap. Any suggestions??

Vac about 30-35 second and seal 2-3 and cool 2-3. Depends on how many pounds we are running at a time but that’s the normal time.

How do you raise up the gantry? Do you need to do one side, then the other? So they are offset when you lift one side, then walk around to the other side and raise it up to match? Or does it require 2 people at the same time?

I would be pretty shocked if Northern tool asked for that back cuz you actually paid for one and they made the mistake....and by featuring their product you actually gave them free advertising on youtube that probably will make them plenty of money to cover the difference.
