Those cats live in a prison. Their foood is way to close to their litter. They are domesticated but cats would never eat next to where they defecate. This is animal cruelty.

I would welcome your recommendations for a light accent chair which is Japandi please? And also a white dining chair the same as yours please
@helloannesjay5 ай бұрын
Hi there! :) Hmm if you're looking for japandi style dining chairs I would suggest a natural oak wood color one actually, mainly because full white chair would be hard to maintain in a long run and also in my opinion doesn't really suit japandi style. My chair is available in natural oak here! Hope this helps :) www.hipvan.com/products/greta-chair-natural

Thanks so much for sharing! I am also doing glasswork and thankfully managed to find out about the greenish tint of clear tempered glass vs crystal clear glass, which I would also just assume that clear glass = colourless. May I know if the $4k used to change the glass to crystal clear version includes the wastage fee of the tempered glass, purchase of crystal clear and manpower to reinstall? Or is that solely based on the difference in price between clear tempered glass and crystal clear glass?
@helloannesjay6 ай бұрын
Hi there! So sorry for the super late reply! To answer your question, for the $4k yes it includes everything to replace the installed tempered glass (manpower to remove and install as well)!

oh okay.. so the cats can use the whole home. but placing the litter even still so close to the food is a no no...... scratch pad seems to be useless, because both of them seem to enjoy to scratch while stretching their body. so you need a bigger horizontal one. also lucky that insurance covered your expenses... usually it's selfmade so they won't cover it.

Hi, happened to see your reno regrets video. I noticed that the mosaic feature wall in your toilet isnt there anymore. Could you share reason of changing it out and if you’ll recommend mosaic tiles. As i am considering on mosaic tiles as the feature wall in the shower area, it looks nice on the 3d render. But i do want it to be practical too.

Hi there! So sorry for the late reply, I wouldn't recommend Mosiac tiles because of how difficult it is to make the grouting (spacing) in between them even. Unless your tiler is very skilled but I wouldn't risk it

As a professional Interior designer i had to wrote it down.. : 0:23 Damn, your wife has to love cleaning up and polishing .. 0:40 ok so Mirror that opens by touching it, so it gets dirty and greasy super fast 0:53 U wanted clean look, but yet, you decided not to hide a cable into floor slats. 4:25 not sure if there is need for that much extra lying resting place, i would rather have a clean walking path and access to window, or maybe some kind of storage there instead. But what i have to comply is Colour balance and harmony putted to its finest. Overall i really like this one, only bigger mind boggler was the excess of indoor glass and tipon mirror doors. 8/10

@Chemillioneer10 ай бұрын
Is there a specific reason you kept the kitchen enclosed, and didn't put a half wall for entertainment purposes? I could find a few reasons, but they might not be accurate, but I thought: To keep fur out of the kitchen To reduce noise while keeping the space open To avoid spills onto waiting guests But I also thought that you have: More cleaning to do Less interaction Less fresh air, which might fog up the windows when using the kithen (I do see a vent, but if it's an active one, it should be fine)
@helloannesjay10 ай бұрын
Hihi yea you're right, mainly because we didn't want the cooking smell to linger over to the kitchen considering that the living/dining area is quite small so ya haha and also of course the fur
