As someone who used to be skinny, trained hard consistently, and then one year decided to eat like this to gain weight, DO NOT EAT AS MUCH FOOD AS YOU CAN. You will gain so much fat and it's a waste of time cutting back down. And in general, don't have a shit diet if you're not running a heavy cycle. And if you're not tracking you can EASILY eat over 1000 surplus using sugar without even realizing it. Just eat slightly above maintenance

You do not need to go that extreme. You can do a clean bulk, which is just 300 to 500 calories over maintainence calories.

I’m 225 and my highest burn in one hour is about 900 calories with an average pulse of 159. That’s impossible to burn 1500. He’s right!

What works best for me, reverse ( bar will behind me ) forarm bar curls it pumps my for arm like no other exercise, also i found pull ups really pump your foramrs too.

Cup of soup powders, mix them with your eggs. You can add like 489 calories to your eggs before it changes consistency plus it adds flavour. This is really good if you're like me and you need high sodium to stay conscious. But you can get low sodium cup of soup powders.
