I do think it is a bit much especially for young children. Too gory. There shouldn't be a "Camera Company" running the system at all. It creates a profit driven incentive to issue bogus fines to increase revenue. I don't like "Toll by Plate" for the same reason. I've received Toll charges several times for vehicles clearly not mine.
