NZ could have easily acquired these aircraft in a sweet deal that saw a Pakistan intended production offered to NZ instead ,at a give away price.These were f16 As fighters and the understanding was that they were to be upgraded to f16 C standard before commissioning into the RNZAF.But alas,non vigilant minds won out and now we stand with our allies,no swords in our hands.No wonder our South Pacific friends are being wooed by undemocratic forces.

Kordia greed has closed this channel down IMO. They charge national rates for a station with a only a local broadcast. They should have charged proportionately, based on audience reach. This is also what killed CTV in 2016 and may have a hand in what is happening to Newshub and TVNZ. It is something like $1M/year per channel.
