@@NikoNyako No, Ray Rizo (I think that is how do you spell his name) used it to paralyze other Pokémon using prankster so his opponents Pokémon couldn’t attack 75% of the time. Prankster was nurf do not affect dark type Pokémon, you can’t paralyze electric types, and paralysis only stops you from attacking 50% of the time.
