Dean is so explosive and arresting. He demands attntion. This is a rare gem. Best thing Reagan ever did. Dean brought the performance out of him.

Letterman had somebody on once back when he was on at 12:30am, and I want to say it was Steve Martin, so I will. David asked Steve Martin who was the funniest person he knew. Not onstage. Just as someone to hangout with. And, Steven said it was Albert Brooks. I also heard an interview with Carl Reiner. He said that when Albert Brooks was only 16 he was already the funniest person that Carl knew. And, Carl knew a few pretty funny people over the years. 🤔😉👍🏽

Unsung Comedian of the 20th century. Very funny guy. Just like his brother, Bob and his Dad, Harry. TCM needs to give him a date. And, also play Parkyakarkus and Super Dave.

I've been looking for the small time broker getting the Pan Am deal bit. I was driving when I heard it on Sirius Radio. I had to pull over until I stopped laffing. Late to work, I was. But, I did not care smidge.

My dad played this almost identically to Jack Fina's original version. It was my most requested song he played when I was a kid. But I think Fina went too fast in this video. It sounds better a bit slower in my opinion. There are other videos of Fina playing Bumble Boogie that aren't as fast as this one.

This is the fastest I’ve ever heard them take it. So glad I found a full band version of by far the best arrangement of this song ever. The originator of the bumble boogie, Jack Fina ladies and gentlemen.

I would like to find a clip of his Tonight Show appearance when Carson introduced him as a French mime, a student of Marcel Marceau. Brooks came out in white face and black leotards. He started performing a mime routine.......but he couldn't keep his mouth shut.
