Just did a G19, I kept everything in the stock locations and only had to splice the pedal potentiometer and the key switch.

I’m guessing that those bundle of wires at the end (red and orange) can be used for the Backup alarm

It seems like some of these wires could be put down the same flex loom and those same wires could all be connected to the same ring terminal. That would make eliminate the need for so many pieces of smaller flex loom off the main cable. This would make it look a bit easier. Especially if the ends of the flex loom were labeled with where they are supposed to connect to.

I have a Cushman 72V lithium 2 battery setup running in parallel with a bus bar. A guy wired it up for me and everything works but the electric dump bed. I assume it's 12v, right? Can I just wire a reducer to the bus bar and then to the dump motor? Or how would I do it? Thanks.

Does anyone make the aluminum plate as a piece of flat metal that has the 90 degree bend at the top. What thickness should this be so that we can still drill holes in it? 1/8? 1/16? Does anyone have a paper or cardboard template that I can give to a fabricator?

Is this wiring harness made by your company? Or is this something that you found and are modifying for your use? It seems like things like the brown wire for the OBC would never be used since DS resistor carts never had an OBC.

Is there enough diameter in the large flex loom, so that I can add a 8 or 10 gauge red wire that runs from the battery box to behind the dash? Thats where I want to install the fuse block for all of the lights and accessories that are controlled from the dashboard.

Are you going to run 12V accessories? I want to add a relay and fuse block that gets the 48V signal from the key switch. What color is the key switch wire that only has 48V when the key switch is on? There are 2 wires going up to the key switch. One has 48V constant? The other has 48V only when the key is on.

I notice that you have lots of colored heat shrink on your bench, but you dont seem to use it. You dont put red heat shrink on the battery end of the cable. That same cable goes to the large lug on the left of the solenoid, but you dont put red heat shrink that covers part of the cable and the crimped portion of the lug. Your 3 cables between the controller and the motor dont have heat shrink matching the colors of the cables that connect at the motor. Do you have a label maker? Dont you label each end of the cables U, V, and W?

At 33:10, your putting 2 small ring connectors on the left side of the solenoid. Why dont you run both wires down the same flex loom and have both wires connected to 1 single ring terminal? Then you can eliminate one of the smaller flex loom branches.
