I have played this game for years and in the past 4 or so months really started playing it with gusto instead once every few weeks or even months. Dealing with the care and stress of a family member with dementia has been hard and playing has been a good diversion. That was until about 10 days ago. What happened about 10 days ago? Well, I had just finished all parts of Chapter 51 and went on into Chapter 52. Won 5 bonus energy giving me a total of 15. Had to leave the game and when I next logged into the game I was back in Chapter 51 with half a badge to finish, again, the final challenge and the puzzle from all of the torn photo that Pearl found along the way. Say what???? What happened? Opened a ticket with Wooga about 10 days ago after discovering this big loss of progress and 10 days later they are still refusing to make it right or fix the game. They want screenshots. Can't give them that because well, the progress in Chapter 52 is gone. 10 days, all I want is for them to put me back into Chapter 52 or give me enough energy to re-play the last half of the badge of the last hidden object quest, re-play the final task, re-do the final puzzle and go into Chapter 52. Again. But no. They won't do it. They want to send an old woman flack, some of it being sarcastic and do nothing. I gave up but promised to tell other how they treated me. Shame on them! 5 or 6 years ago a friend quit playing PP after playing it through 2 full times. She contacted Wooga asking them to gift me all of her cash and coins and they did! They were wonderful and amazed by her kindness, even wanted to give her a tee shirt but she declined. BUT they did it! They gave me all of her cash and coins! If they can do that why can't they fix my issue one way or the other?

Yes I started playing this game when it was lunched for the very first time and I’m still have been playing it. It’s been a few years now. I finally reach two of the new islands and have been building on them. Well that being said, I open my came about 4 days ago and couldn’t play my original game cause it pop up for me to connect to Facebook and when I did , I couldn’t play the game on Facebook because it kept freezing on me. So when I click out of Facebook and went back to try to play my original games it was gone. Now I’m having to play as a new member☹️ I work so hard and play this game two to four times a day. Now my original game is gone and this is so disappointing. I should not have to start all over and lose everything I worked so hard for. So I’m asking if you can help me?

Look when we play a game like June's Journey we are playing a game. We are not playing politics are trying to be woke. Adding a story line about a gay man in the 20's is not why we pay to play a game. All those points of view have a platform and it should not be on a casual game. I am in to far with this game but after that I am done with your company.

I’m a new player. I got thru chapter 3 but I’m stuck and don’t know how to get to chapter 4. All out shows me is to decorate. I’ve bought a few more thing. I don’t have enough to buy more and there’s not really anything more I want right now. Help please! How can I continue to chapter 4?
