I have to do the same thing to my '03 600RR and this is BY FAR the best and most complete how-to video on the topic. My new kit comes with a replacement gasket so that saves a little bit of work but apart from that part i'll be following your video step by step next week. Awesome effort. Subscribed.

Awesome video, only criticism I offer from one DIYer to another is, "torque specs". Always check for torque specs for all nuts, bolts, screws. It could be the difference between a great success and a catastrophic failure. Big ups, be safe and much love to you Sis

because the oil is coming through the wires from the inside, I stopped my leak a week ago and now my reg/rec fried , probably because the oil is just sitting there now chafing the stator wire...

Well I'm learning from u snd I'm a mechanical engineer 😆😆 u did the damn thing. I got everything off but I didn't know why the rubber on wire wouldnt reach with bolt holes aligned. I didn't know to cut it thanks on that one 😘rubber down!

FYI; 04/ 05 was recalled, the flywheel, needs to be replaced w an 06/ 07 flywheel. On GOD. Look it up. Cheers.
