Flyers you need to keep tight otherwise your stunt is going to go way down hill so so so so fast. Bases you need to use your legs not your arms and back, your stunt will be a lot better if both the bases and flyers do a stunt THE PROPER WAY!!!!!!

If you’re a base, communication is key. Tell your flyers you don’t feel like something is hitting right and talk it out! My stunt group is definitely not the best but we work together to make it right. We’ve come so far BECAUSE we make improvements, not just dealing with flaws.

for future reference make sure your flyers are completely riding to the top of their throw In the baskets and then hitting the toe touch at the highest point.

On the last one they didn't catch the cradle high enough

This is my second year of Allstar cheer and those stunts are want I did last when I was in the prep devision and this year I'm on a worlds level 2 team and we do stunts 10x harder than that
