Remember to check rumble's CS when he shows like that 3:44 , you can get information on weather or not to invade his blueside and steal a camp instead of getting something neutral like scuttle! In this particular game he has 24 cs, so he fullcleared and has no camps up. That means when your gromp respawns so will his krugs

this explains why he was topside when you were topside and why when he showed toplane he had 28 cs. He left base after dying to krugs then top.
