Pistachio Cream **Ingredients** - 100g granulated sugar - 100g shelled pistachios - 100g white chocolate, finely chopped - 100g whole milk - 80g unsalted butter, cubed **Instructions** 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and butter over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the butter has melted. 2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the white chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth. 3. Add the pistachios and sugar to the saucepan and stir to combine. Bring the mixture back to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture has thickened slightly, about 3 minutes. 4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.

Eggless cranberry Pistachio Biscotti This Eggless Biscotti is crunchy, crispy and perfect to dunk in your hot chocolate or coffee. Made with basic ingredients, ingredients 40ml milk 40ml oil 1/4 tsp vinegar 80g Castor Sugar 160g flour 25g pistachio 30g cranberry 1/2+ 1/8 tsp baking powder a pinch of baking soda 1/2 tsp vanilla essence Bake at 160° C in preheated oven for 20 to 25 min. Till crust is golden. Cool the log and cut into desired slices. Bake them for 10 to 15 min in oven on both the sides. Cool completely and store in airtight container . Enjoy! Salted Caramel Recipe 😋 Ingredients 1 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup fresh cream 1/2 to 1 tsp salt Instructions Heat granulated sugar in a medium saucepan over medium/low heat until the sugar dissolves. Cook steadily until you reach a rich amber-colored caramel, ROUGHLY 15-20 minutes. Be careful not to burn. •Once you have a rich caramel immediately add the Hot cream. Be careful in this step because the caramel will bubble rapidly when the cream is added. •Next, add in the butter. •Allow the mixture to boil for 1 minute. It will rise in the pan as it boils. •Remove from heat and stir in the salt. Allow to cool down before using. The secret to a smooth caramel is to add the hot fresh cream . Rather than adding it without heating . This maintains the temperature of the caramelized sugar.
