I have lick matts for my dogs and we put peanut butter on the matts and my dogs lick the matts with the peanut butter 😄

My dog eats leftovers of anything we eat and he hasnt had any problems he has ate chiken bones , mole(mexican food), chiken soop woth tortillas etc

Please, please, please, don't let your dog eat sticks, or have you throw them. TW! ⚠️ I had a dog and his name was audie (aw-dee) and my mom threw a stick and my dog ran to it and it got stuck in his throat my mom was able to get it out after a little while the stick was all bloody and then he started to not act like his self the next day so we took him to the vet and they put him to sleep to operate there was a huge gash/cut in his throat that just missed his matrix ( a important part in your throat) so they stitched it up and my mom spent over 500$ for medication for him and the operation and they said he would cough up the stitches in a few days, so my mom let him out of his cage (he was still a puppy) and slept with him on the couch but he kept staring at the wall. The next night I remember, laying on the carpet with him and saying "everything will be ok buddy" the next morning we went to out dads, ( parents are split) and my mom was at work, when we came home we thought the medicine made him super tired because he was not moving so my sister comes to me and says, "mommy's crying" and I did not know why, soon my grandma drove a hour to watch us while my mom drove another hour at 11:00 pm to the vet because we live in a small town, I was so worried about him at school, the next day was Friday and when we were eating dinner with our grandparents I said " I hope audie is ok" and then my grandma said, "well honey... They went to check on him, he passed" the words that broke me. "You left pawprints on my heart" -unknown PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, no sticks for dogs! He was a German Shepherd Belgium Malinois mix. I love you so much ❤❤

I have a small whippet around 11kgs who ate a large Easter egg (the whole thing) he was fine, no vomiting or change in behaviour apart for extra zoomies from the sugar rush. Of course vets are going to say bring them in as they are criminals who prey on your vulnerabilities and just want to charge you a pretty penny at any given chance. Best to keep a close eye on them at home. If it’s milk chocolate they’ll be fine, now days there’s barely any cocoa in it! Majority of it is just sugar and milk.

can someone please help?? ok so my puppy ate 2 chocolate truffles (milk chocolate with dark chocolate inside, I assume.) she was taken to the vet for an appointment 2 days prior, but it turns out when taken to the vet (I wasn’t there btw) the chocolate wasn’t talked abt. she has been having diarrhea lately, but again this is two days prior. i assume it’s bc of the junk she had been eating (bc she did poop out a lot) but idk. should I be worried? she’s not showing any other signs like vomiting, and she’s still very active. + she’s still eating and drinking normally. idk but im kinda stressing abt it!!
