Exponged is to erase permanently. It's gone from all records. You would need to request your records be expunged which is a whole big process. It's entirely different from getting your record sealed, which means it can't be seen except by those in the judicial system/Government

A hunt club once bought the tax deed of the Miami Timber Company in east/central FL that had 1000’s of acres. The hunt club was able to hunt the property every year and the cops couldn't trespass them. They bought a number of years tax deeds and made a butt load of interest money when the Timber Company bought the deeds back…

Oh, where was William and his frog rescue when I was a little girl? I was always "rescuing" frogs. I just knew that the bigger animals were going to kill all the baby frogs. Mom didn't like them, so I would sneak them into my bedroom and hide them in paper lunch bags in my closet (Hey! I was 4 or 5yrs old). My big (7-8yrs old) sister had to go, every week or so, and get the paper bags out and dispose of the remains, because mom was too chicken to even touch the bags! I thought that was very funny, but I really was sad about the frogs, so I'd start my rescue efforts all over again in a few weeks. Then we moved to Tampa, and our property had LIZARDS! Even better!!! Mother was not impressed.

You need to either win that property through court, or purchase it and get the money from the sale just to get rid of Lienette & Crook, and that way if you own the property you will get the money from the sale and you won't ever have to worry about anyone else moving close to you and George ever again.
