Rainn, if you're reading this, my favorite performance of yours is one in Roadies. It doesn't get enough credit. Thank you for participating in this praise and ode to all music community.

I love to see Rainn so enthusiastic about Joe's teachings, I belive that maybe he discover these ideas a short time ago! He looks motivated and Im very glad cause I think that Joe can help a lot to Rainn; improving his Well-being and Health ♥ Besides that very personal desire Im sure I will watch SOURCE ( I guess God is secretely hide behind "SOURCE" or at least has something to do with) I also believe that this episode of SOULBOOM is so WORTHY to be studied, Joe is very wise! its the kind of person that resonates with my admired Rainn! In the othe hand : "Healing" its my favorite subject in life, and I always had a belief that I realize now that its something like this: " Our real and natural main state is Health , our body is designed for being healthy, that is our nature. So if the body can ( momentaneously or ocasionally) get off from its Main State and be Ill, so it has to be an easy and effortless way for the body to can come back to its naturally and state of well-being and Health"

I’m new to this podcast, but I find it alarming (but maybe not surprising) that Rainn…as well meaning, soulful, and hilarious as he clearly is… also appears to not contextualize anything in terms of political and historical reality… The sense I get is that his entire worldview, at least to me, is predicated upon mountains of unexamined cultural privilege - the whole project of advocating for “spiritual unity” … without explicitly taking into account, just for one glaring example …the utterly malevolent and toxic, small and large scale, effects of (US) imperialism and runaway consumer capitalism… For me renders a lot of his perspectives extremely naïve… the tenor of his presentation just reminds me of online “wellness influencers” who either intentionally or not, appear to remain blissfully unaware of the unimaginable horrors that are being perpetrated in their names, and with their tax dollars (as Americans..) for me it’s just disappointing, as IMO all of his conversations more or less entirely swirl around in the realm(s) of (white) liberal fantasy and US exceptionalism

I never hear him mention exactly what type of meditations those in his studies are doing to produce these results. Has anyone heard him specifically say or write exactly what type of meditation these people in his studies are doing? (No opinions or theories needed, only actual accurate answers if they are available 💕)

He says that they discovered it doesn't matter which specific meditation they do. But the favourites of most people who follow his work are called Tuning in to New Potentials, Changing Boxes and any of the Blessing of the Energy Centres series (BOTEC). All of these are available for purchase on Dr Joe's website. He also has a free meditation called 'Golov' on his youtube channel. Reddit also has a wealth of info about his work

This podcast has continued to move me and bring me to tears of compassion and joy. You mentioned that you texted your friend a number where they could help others via a suicide helpline. I would love the chance to help others like that. Would you be willing to share the group you were referring to that needs volunteers? With love my friend... ❤

Loved the podcast, just a few things you might want to watch, Rainn. Please don't take it in a bad way. You interrupt Joe too many times. Maybe it was because you were hyped, but try to let the guest finish his idea; then you can agree or disagree. A lot of overlapped speaking is not nice for a listener. And a lot of "yeah, yeah, yeah" gives me the impression you just want Joe to shut up so you can say something. Again, don't take it the bad way. I want this podcast to be successful, and I think improving these things could help you attract even more people.
