@@cookingwiththerobinsons Look at asian stir fry, protein and vegetable prep. How to remove moisture without losing it. Anytime you just toss a bunch of crap in a wok with knowing the temp and sequence you are just making tasty chaos. You can preserve, enhance each ingredient by understanding it. Now..if you want to make stew...then yeah just toss it all in. Just think about how much flavor, time has been wasted. Last if you just want a flashy video where most think that this is a good idea....you got it. However, I look at the prep, process and know that you doctored the outcome and this dish was lackluster.

I wish Lucerne Dairy Farms Longhorn style cheddar cheese would come back to my local Vons and Albertson stores. That was the only kind of cheese I liked. It suddenly got discontinued in September 2012.

@@cookingwiththerobinsons Thanks for posting this. Golden California longhorn mild cheddar, which is a rather obscure brand is another longtime favorite of mine that got discontinued at stores here in Southern California.

I often grill red snappers up here in Toronto. But also struggle with the skin sticking to the grates. I use those fish grills that work sometimes, and sometimes, not so much. But this bed of onions is a great idea. I am going to try it the next time I grill these awesome, flavorful fish. Thanks for posting this video.
