Ashley, very adequate lighting and nice background for the try-on portion of your video. My wife and I went to Daytona Beach for the 1st time last month and loved it. Any chance you'll do more try-on hauls in the future? Can be a great way of bringing in new traffic to your Channel. Hope you two have an AMAZING time, Ashley.

Tenny is gorgeous. I have had a full breed King Charles Caviler Spaniel in the past and now have a 50/50 cavi mix with poodle. Stick it out with the crate. They won’t like it at first but just push through. They’ll eventually calm down. Sit in the room with them so they can see you and ignore their cries as hard as it is. They will stop. You can put a hard/chew toy in there like a nylabone etc. to keep them occupied but start with 30 minutes then an hour etc. they’ll be fine. Promise. A crate is the most useful thing when you have a dog. A safe little den for them to rest. The best KZfaq channel I’ve found that was really helpful for me with my puppy (she’s almost 2 now) is called “How to Train a Dream Dog”. Great channel!!! So informative on any topic. Good luck with Tenny! Would love to see/hear how she’s doing.

How do you authenticate the pins when trading online? I have pins that seem to fit all the “rules” for ensuring they aren’t scrappers, but it’s hard to tell on things like the Mickey heads on back not having a border or the little nubs next to the pin on back (whether they are big enough).

It’s definitely always a “gamble” when you’re buying a pin anywhere but the parks or on sites like loungefly, boxlunch, etc. but being in well moderated pin groups on Facebook is where i do all my trading.

Your updated bed, nightstands and dresser look fantastic. I love the linens you chose. It’s so cozy and relaxing. Just wow! I love the airiness of your lamps and curtains. It all compliments so well. I have to say, I loved the solid wood sleigh bed. It’s so classic. But I can’t disagree with you about the king. Nothing better than that. Maybe you guys can use the sleigh bed frame for your guest room (of the future). We have a similar bed frame from crate and barrel (it’s called the Arden), and it doesn’t need a box spring either. But we tried without it for about 6 months and we just found it so cumbersome putting the fitted sheets on and the mattress cover on each time. It sits slightly *into* the frame if that makes sense. And that little lifting and tucking got hard. If you guys end up eventually feeling similarly, we discovered there are thin, 3”-5” box springs you can get for a boost. We had ours delivered this week and already feel like it’s easier for us. I know you eluded to your husband being camera shy but he seeems so sweet and nice! You guys worked together well as a team on all your updates. ❤

Thanks!! I had bloodwork done with my primary doctor and we noticed some levels were low in certain areas, and i was borderline pre-diabetic from it. Together we established a medication regimen and new lifestyle regimen. They both contributed to the weight loss!

@@ashleycarver thank you for sharing that! I know you’ve put in the work with all the running you’ve shown on KZfaq (and there’s a lot more work behind the scenes of course). I have also noticed I’m showing signs of insulin resistance as well. Did you use ozempic or wegoovy etc.? What I’m concerned about is whether I’d gain weight after discontinuing that. I’m not a runner like you, but I am trying to take more walks. I also am limiting my portions and cooking all of our meals now; so we aren’t eating out anymore. But not sure I’m doing enough because I’m not seeing much change to my hormones. I hope to establish a regimen with a medication that can help, but I’m nervous of gaining back.

@@stephan1emar1e i did use mounjaro for about half the weight loss. I do think a chemical catalyst is needed sometimes. You’ve got this!!! Small lifestyle changes can add up for big differences!
