S-Word and Dabo in Def Jam vendetta, Zeebra, Ryo the Skywalker and Mummy D in Yakuza 4 and DAOKO in Dragalia Lost. This got me wondering to see any JP rap artist who has there music in the game. I don't know if they had some in it but those all I can find so far.

Hey! These 2 are my favorite JP rappers. I forgot they were in a rap group called Nitro Microphone Underground. When i first heard S-Word and Dabo in one of my favorite games. I started got into liking Japanese hip hop and games together. I played and listen to great ones.

Really?! Me too! I thought I was the only one but. I listen and played great Japanese hip hop and games. Such as DAOKO, Guilty Gear, T Ace, The King of fighters, LANA, Fighting EX Layer, Jumbo Maatch, Dead or Alive and the rest. I was thinking what happens if JP rap artist would meet game characters like a cross over.

I'll be honest, I didn't know of them until a few years ago so I was super excited when I saw they were in the Japanese version of the game. I wish they would have been added to other releases. They are talented and would have had a lot more ears listening.

@@mcknightmorgan2021 I'm newer to Japanese Hip hop and wish it was more prevalent in Western releases. I was put onto my first taste of Asian hip hop with 24 Herbs when Sleeping Dogs first came out. Was super excited when I heard about 2 Japanese artists being in Def Jam Vendetta and had to look into them and listen.

@@hohiboo I don't know if you heard of them but, back in 2001 they signed up on Def Jam Japan back then. In 2011 in my middle school years. I was like "Who the hell are those 2?"There was a music video of Dabo in the early 2000s and he was still with Def Jam Japan. I forgot what the song's name but it shows him in a hospital with Lisa or I don't know.

Graphics weren't actually that bad. Little worse than forza and the crew, but it is 20 bucks cheaper. Gameplay wasn't bad but physics do feel a little off. They can probably get that cleaned up before release and the game should be a solid experience, but nothing we haven't really seen before

I quite enjoyed it tbf. I got too used to forza etc trash racing, but this I tended to cruise and stuff lol the driving experience itself could do with tweaking to a less “Glued to the road” feeling

I've gotten used to the forza horizon, nfs, and crew style racing lately too. I'm glad I was not the only one who felt "glued to the road". I did play more after this little bit of the demo. I did enjoy it overall and I am hopeful for the full release.

Forza horizon, the crew motorfest, and tdu solar crown all have super generic stories without offering anything new gameplay or mechanic wise. None of them are bad imho, but they aren't really unique from eachother except for graphical choices

my setup was pretty weak at the time. I didn't get my good equipment until we stole an 11k pieces of eight double or nothing. At the time I had Torpedoes 3, and fire bombard 2 on the sides, great springald 2 on the front and tearing culverin 3 on the back. My Mortar was a mortar 3. My friend @ejcarter03 had a better setup then I did. I think he had fire bombard 3, Scurlock nines, torpedoes 3, and great springald 2 i think. and for mortar's he had Leopold 3. I'll double check with him about his build or see if he can chime in. He might have had Rhama's good torpedoes' by that point

Fire seems to work well, and so does ballistas. I didn't think ahead and forgot to take off my torpedoes, which were pretty much useless here

Hey in oval racing once you get in top gear you don't down shift during green flag runs. The only time you would down shift is if there is a yellow flag.

Appreciate the info. I've only done oval racing in nascar games, arcadey racers, and real life with gokart (dirt), so this definitely felt new to me. I started figuring that out later on, but during practice i kept downshifting out of habit.

i race on a controller as well. in the setups, increase your steering ratio as much as you can. it will decrease the amount you are rotating the tires compared to the steering wheel a little until you develop the finer motions needed from the joysticks. @@hohiboo
