This is what I dislike. I would hope spending this money to have a unit I could plug and play Mp3s or Wav files without RBox. this Puts me off it. I hope the day comes A standalone. without software updates. I'd imagine Rbox wont change all the music mp3 files. I get a feeling. there is a catch.. Excuse me. and the price :/ . Not there yet. Almost.

What standalone mixers can I use straight away ? or do I need to convert them to a specific software or them to play ? I'm looking for the best mixer which doesn't need any messy software updates or the use of laptops. ? which one which I can plug and play my mp3 files saved onto my USB ?

I dont understand about programming. ? I thought this being a standalone means I would not have to connect it to my laptop. Lets say I bought this RX2. I have all my music on my USB in mp3 format. I take my new Rx2 out of the box and i plug in my USB. will everything work ? will i be able to use it straight away ?are there software issues when first using it would I need to change convert all my music files a to another ?

Even the 7000Mk1 are fine, especially for home and semipro use. I got mine incl system and cover in mint+ for just 250€, absolute steal! 1210Mk2 became old junk and still cost 550-600€ here… unbelievable.

Ive got a question for you, ive just noticed that my djm 700 getting rather hot on the underside. Something i never noticed before till now, as it usually sits in a flight case. I only noticed it as took it out to clean the case. Is this an issue to be concerned about?
