I hadn't done a cardio HIIT workout on my rebounder in a while, and this kind of kicked my butt! 🙂But I loved it and will do it again. Thank you, you're the best and I hope you come back to making rebounder videos.

I love your down to earth approach to fitness. I'm 57 and have worked out in some fashion since I was 16 years old. I found rebounding about 3 months ago and am loving your workouts 3 days a week, then I do barre sculpt 3 days a week with a rest day. Thanks for your inspiration!

Great quick arm workout Naomi! Once again I grabbed too high of weight and immediately realized, nope, gotta drop down! When Naomi only uses 5 pounds you know it’s going to be a challenge 🤩

I’m just now starting this series! Great burn 🔥. I wore 2 lb ankle weights since this was my only workout today. So nice to have a week of workouts laid out and I won’t have to tho about it, just add on a bounce!

First time with this one; what a great quick core burn to tack on after a workout. I love your core workouts. I passed by this one for a while thinking I needed more than 5 minutes but I gotta tell ya, this was great!

Really enjoy these deliberate, focused, non-jarring workouts as I don't like/want to do cardio everyday and want to feel toned and tightened 7-8-24

@@ilonaloha1 Hi, no, I am not teaching on any other platforms. Two years ago, I went back to school to be a massage therapist. Now, I am focusing on building my new career. I made these videos while I was laid off during the pandemic. Unfortunately, it was not financially sustainable for me, so I had to give it up. It was a fun project though. It makes me happy knowing people are still utilizing my workouts! :)

It is close, but I don't think it is a HIIT workout. It is intervals but not HIIT. When doing HIIT the effort exerted is supposed to be I think 90%+ max effort for 15 seconds. Not 30 seconds because the body is not capable of going beyond 15 seconds of max effort. It can only be sustained for 15 seconds when doing max effort. This still looks like a fun effective workout.
