I have one of those tire changers. I use it as is a lot. It’s works ok , but I’ve been mounting tires in shops for 40 years. U can save all that money, do it yourself it’s worth it. But not on the new low profile tires. They are much more difficult to dismount and mount . Good add ones with the duck bill. 👍
@madgingercustoms17 сағат бұрын
We've done 17" and 18" low profile tires with this and it's fairly easy now. I can't imagine doing it without the mod though.

I went to a stranger Doctor's ritzy house to buy his non-running car, to tow it with a 2-wheel dolly. Forgot my ratchet-puller, so spent 45 minutes pushing and "pulling" the car onto the dolly with a ratchet strap, in 100+ heat. Wound up on the man's cool kitchen floor, sucking wind for life, while his poor wife mopped up gallons of my sweat using an entire roll of paper towels. Puking would've been a relief, and I couldn't. Heat stroke bad, don't do it. Oh, also, once you start, it pops up with less and less aggravation.

Hey Dave, I would have never thought that truck could look cool, but you have rocked it ! That truck is going to turn heads everyplace it goes. The heat is causing lots of people to curtail their out of doors jobs/projects. I have had more heat related issues than I care to remember when I was younger. Now at 75 I simple stay inside with the AC running to avoid the heat. What I do not get done outside today will still be there when the temperature cools. Be careful and stay safe.
