Swiss balls that blow up easy are the cheap ones. This is why you need to invest in a high quality Swiss ball that has a burst rating.

Hi Damodar, There is potential for issues for knees and ankles on hard surfaces. If you already have these orthopedic issues, I would recommend doing these exercises on softer surfaces such as grass. If you don't have previous knee/ankle issues, make sure that you allow your body to absorb the force on jumping exercises during landing which means you need to land with knees slightly bent and let your muscles take on the force.
