We'll never truly know why they hijacked the planes late and considering the 40 minute delay you would've thought they would hijack it earlier than planned like around 15 minutes like Atta's team did instead of 30 minutes which I think was the plan for all 4 planes.

I was on this very plane on the return back to the East Midlands. I remember the balloons at check in at Sanford and the crew onboard explaining the new features and lighting for some reason haha....Very happy memories of my last trip to Orlando.
