@@STUAA2024 That is cool that the buttons on that intersection Tangerine countdown from 28 I have never heard a button countdown from 28. I'm not sure why they don't program the Older and New Buttons with a countdown here. Only a couple of them they do.

Yes they were installed around 2023 and the rapid ticking noise is like the Polara iNS ticking noise similar almost.

@STUAA2024 yes I was also a little disappointed that 2 buttons only worked. The other ones have been disconnected because the walk signal just turns on automatically. They are going to install new traffic lights not sure if they are going to add Pedsafety or iNS Buttons. because some buttons look a little rough so I think they will just replace them all. There used to be two more of these along Washington St but also will be replaced because I don't see them I see temporary bulldog buttons.

​@IllinoisPEDCrosswalksAreas Looked on Google Maps. Washington St and Jefferson Avenue have those buttons, those look more likely to work. (Might be worth checking out)

@@STUAA2024 Bad news :( I did pass by that intersection because it's before this one and they took them off and put temporary bulldog buttons same with the traffic lights are gone because they are doing road pavement and sidewalk pavement but I think I did see another I'm just not sure the name of the street I have to see that has Campbell buttons similar to these.

Oh, I'm not too good with the Older Polara Models I only know the iNS Buttons because that is what they are using a-lot.

@Ezia1 Not really sure, usually in Illinois there are lots of routes in the suburbs. But some routes end in the suburbs or in Chicago.

@Joshua_Park_693 Yes I will try to find my Polara N2 Navigators but some have started to get replaced with iNS Buttons.

@Ezia1 Yes they use this voice a lot, only one on intersection that I saw they have iNS Buttons with EZ Communicator Voice because there used to be Polara EZ Buttons but were changed with iNS but kept the EZ Commmunicator Voice.

@Ezia1 Ha, Yes in the suburbs I see a-lot of iNS They have installed a-lot of them last year and this year. Usually they will add them where they have new traffic lights. Also Campbell Pedsafety but not as much as the iNS. And some streets have replaced the Older Polara N2s and N4s with iNS.

@Joshua_Park_693 yes they are not weather-resistant and during winter it gets very cold in the negatives some buttons loose there sound fast.
