Given his character in this scene is heartbroken and probably mad asf but his expression look weird esp when staring straight to the camera so I can't focus on the supposed emotional scene. Great singing tho.

The way his voice carries and then just abruptly stops at the highest note…It’s SO FREAKING GOOD. I think this might be the most impressive performance I’ve ever seen Aaron Tviet do and it’s 43 seconds long. Versus like all of Les Miserables or Grease or any other Broadway song
