Life is what you make it.. Money or no money. If I am able to have a garden and go to the park or even the beach, Florida is the place for me. So when the time comes I will be retiring to Florida.❤

She makes it sound like it's party party and party....why don't you ask the people who live here and actually have a job and deal the insane heat insane traffic and hi cost of living.....to live the life style she promotes u actually need a job....which is a schock to most people....I've been living here 60 years and don't no anyone who lives the party party party lifestyle....I've had friends killed and stuff stolen from my house welcome to reality....

Hello Michael, thank you for watching the video. Everyone needs income and experience ups and downs no matter where they live, weather and traffic no exception. No city is perfect and notice I said we have issues like any other city however we work on getting better. I was simply showing things to do in Orlando, being we are one to the top destinations in the USA which contributes to our economy. People choose to live here for various reasons and many move here every week, hence the humor of the thumbnail title!

I'd think if someone was making a video encouraging people to move to a city that they wouldn't talk about the things you're crying about. All the stuff you mentioned happens anywhere. And it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know if you live in Florida that it's going to be hot.

Bring plenty of money....hi rents hi insurance costs....traffic is utter hell....aggressive drivers..over priced houses,....it's not all party party and party....u have to work to pay bills

Question: Let say I have been living in my home for ten years and my property taxes show $100,000 of deferred value, which means that the market value of my home has gone up but my property tax increases were held back at the 3% rate. Now, I want to add an addition to my home. Would the addition trigger a reassessment back to market value? Thanks

Hi that is a great question, I think your taxes would go up after the addtion however I could not say how much. It is best to speak with your county appraiser's office for more specifics.
