I was wondering if you leave the sleeping bag in the swag when you roll it up, will it still fill into the bag?
@onetenadventures165 Жыл бұрын
Hi mate thanks for question.and for watching video. You can leave the sleeping bag in the swag it will roll up, but with the canvas sleeping bag makes it a bit hard , but if you had a thinner sleeping bag it wouldn't be a problem. I don't leave it in personally as the sleeping bag rolls up really easy. Hope this helps happy travels.

Props on a thorough review mate, one question though. If you were to zip 2 together would one person end up with the hood over their face or can they be zipped side by side like the darche cold mountain?
@onetenadventures165 Жыл бұрын
Hi , thanks for watching and comment. The sleeping bag would zip down the middle but you would have to buy one left and one right so this would be possible .

Well done review! I don't know why this hasn't gotten more views? The little knife on the corkscrew/opener is for cutting the wrapper over the cork on the 'fancy' bottles of wine. I have ordered one of these kits and hope there is room to add a set of tongs and maybe a few other items.

Hey, great video. Im planning on getting one if these swags, but am unsure whether to go the 900 or the 1100. Im a pretty big guy (6’1), so im wondering if ill have plenty of space in the 900 without having to spend the extra for the 1100 (and extra weight, etc.) What do you reckon? Cheers

Great review, just about to pull the trigger on a swag, first one. Narrowed down my preferences and will definitely go for a 3 pole set up on a stretcher, I’m 73 and the flexibility aint what it used to be and like the fact you can sit up , swing the legs around and sit there contemplating your navel, before you Decide to tackle the world whatever that may be.

Tanks for the great review. Tossing up between this and the 900 Dual just for the easier access and more compact size. Not sure if its enough to warrant rather than the extra size and space of the Bandit. Still trying to decide. I have a Darche 100 stretcher to use and I think either would be a good fit. Cheers
@onetenadventures1652 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the feed back , yeah I love the bandit and it would fit on the darche stretcher perfect , it's always hard finding the rite swag that fits your needs ,but it's always fun looking around and trying some out and watching reviews. Hopefully you find the rite one for you, happy travels cheers.

Nice video. Enjoyed the review. Does the middle hoop get in the road when you’re getting in and out of the swag? I feel you’d really have to tuck your legs up to sit up, swing around and get out.
@onetenadventures1652 жыл бұрын
Thanks for feedback , glad you enjoyed review. I didn't find the middle pole to be an issue getting in and out it's easier being on the stretcher. You have to put top half in first then bring your legs in its really easy . Even if it was harder to get in I still think the benefits of the third hoop stopping wall sag and giving better Hight would out way getting in and out , I did try climbing in one at my local camping store before I bought it and luckily it was also on a stretcher . Thank you for your comment happy travels . Cheers.

Hey mate in the market for a swag. Do you find a 3 pole better than a 2 pole in your experience?
@onetenadventures1653 жыл бұрын
G'day, thanks for your question, well I personally really like the 3 poles, the main difference is I found with my other 2 pole king's big daddy is the sides tend to sag in the middle , but with the 3 poles it pulls the sides outwards, also you get the option of the 4 doors with 3 pole which is really good, I would say the set up and packing down is about the same time if you leave poles attached in place . Also I find with the three poles it doesn't feel claustrophobic, it's very roomy . I hope you find the swag that fits your needs , happy travels.👍
