Love the vibe of this video, the wind, the scenery, the clouds the camera work, and the music. Fellow adoptee here. I discovered that my birth father is a musician and singer as well but we’ve never played together.

there has too not only be effort made by governments to help the situation, but also a level of effort made by those who are homeless to contribute too bettering their situation by different means, like working, getting clean, etc

Hi there this may be true for those who CAN work, and those who ARE struggling with addiction. In addition to the demographics you mention in your comments there are several more where creative solution solving must be implemented to aid in any sort of transition:) thanks for watching

@@JenniAlpert where I live the case managers are out every day trying to help people. The problem is that the people either don't want the help, don't like the choices they are being given or just want to live outside. We have empty beds in our shelters because people don't want to be there for one reason or another. We have all kinds of help, but you can't make people accept the help. I'm not saying it is like that everywhere, but where I am that is the story.

@@bandme796...and that's the bottom line everywhere. They don't want what we call "help" which they consider loss of freedom. 🤷🏼♀️ The solution will be quite interesting.

How amazing is your's and your dad's story. I first heard you on 'where am I really' and was moved. But today I've just listened to your second episode and now looked up this KZfaq. I hope you continue to love and flourish as an artist and ambassador for the homeless. Love from the UK xx

My condolences for your loss Jenni. But it’s beautiful what you two shared in those 6 years. You showed your father another side to life and love.! He left with so much joy in his heart because of you Jenni.! You’re an amazing person..

Thank you so much. Thank you. He actually passed almost 5 years to the date we met. Just a month or so after. He used to say you get 5 years, you get 5 years. And that is exactly what we got. I miss him and love him everyday.

I’m blown away at seeing you two sharing music. What a touching story. I was so happy to finally see your documentary. Btw I finally found my homeless brother .. sadly living in a broken down van on a street in Venice. I brought him home and cleaned him up and now caring for him. It’s two now - Juliet with Schizophrenia and my brother with Lewy Bodies Dementia..! Let’s catch up .. Id love to tell you all about it.. Love you Jenni/Cam.!! Linda Calvert - Carey’s mama.!!

Words fail me. This is hope, this is light, this is life. This is love. Your fear, Cami, of running out of time is but a reflection of the depth of your appreciation for what you have with and have experienced with Don...your reunion, his transformation, your growth and bonding together, your mutual affinity for music, and so much more. It's an incredible love story, part Otter and Odder, part unbelievable and surreal, but all you and Don, and all real. And you are embracing it, living it, fully and regret-free. Fear has no home in your hearts.
