I used to when I started my fitness journey 10 years ago, but now I don’t. My advice for you is that you should track your calories for a week or so while also taking your weight measurements. If you are losing weight ( seeing a change in your weight) then you can use your food log as a means of estimating how much you should consume in everyday.

I stumbled across this video amidst a very rough few days. I’ve been struggling with my relationship with God, I’ve been very lukewarm. I wanted to hear someone read the Bible. I opened my Bible coincidentally to 1 Samuel, and immediately felt connected with Jesus. It is the 9th today, you posted this on the 7th, which was my 17th birthday. I know God lead me to this video for a reason. Thank you for spreading God’s word. You are extremely well-spoken. 🤍✝️

Amen! thanks for sharing this is the 3rd video I've seen titled God cares about your career and I know God is confirming that He cares about my career, haven't work since may due to them not having hours to give me and I have been applying for positions and experienced rejection out of the 20-30 jobs I put in this year I have landed 3 interviews and the first one I was rejected and the 2nd one I'm waiting to hear back from far as the decision and then the 3rd interview I had just on Tuesday and wasn't the right fit and it's not consistent work so I'm really believing God for this 2nd interview opportunity if it's His will, but if not then I know He has greater and will continue to provide. My last job was the best job ever but I believe God will restore and give me a better job with better pay and with benefits

My dear, just so you know, the ones that are speaking against you and have lost hope in you are so much fewer than those who acknowledge your achievements and how hard you have worked to get to where you are. It is perfectly ok to have off seasons as long as you do not lose sight of yourself in Christ. Praying for you ❤❤❤❤ maybe because I’m probably on the same journey

I think these were 8kg ( around 18lbs) but I say, use what you can. This video is intended for a beginner. If you are beginning your fitness journey, start with what you can handle with good form. Otherwise, all the best on your fitness journey & thank you.
