My family immigrated to Norway when I was ten. I left Norway when I was one-and-thirty (fun fact: maximum incarceration time in Norway is also 21 years). I miss some people, not the country. But I also miss some of the food. You can find replacements for some things, but not all. Jarlsberg, you can find here in Germany. Anyway... My point is it's damn good cheese. It deserves same status as holland-gouda or italy-parmesan.
