@@petesgarage4670 And if is the con rod ok but it sounds intermitend when ts connected to the line fuel . what its about the issue ? I have a couples that sounds like br br for a bit and then silent . spinning the motor normal. Mayibe they need only some deep cleaning ? maybe at ultrasounds bath ?

Hello, I have an Aprilia SR 50 ditech and it has the following problem. When I try to start it and give it a little accelerator it turns on but as soon as I let go of the electric starter it immediately switches off again. The scooter has compression and the scooter has spark. Even when I try to start the scooter every time, the spark plug is completely black every time. What should I do? Can you please help me?

hi there, have you already changed the spark plug? You have to also measure the pressure of the fuel pump and the pressure of the compressor.

Hey pete, Its my first time working on the ditech version model and I would like to ask you the injector is leaking.. Do you have any videos of replacing the o-rings on the injector? I think that it is the fuel pressure regulator at fault because It floods my engine with gas and i can see that when i take the exaust off and its leaking more fuel than needed to start the engine. Ich konnte letzte Woche einen alten Ditech günstig ergattern. Der Roller stand 19 Jahre in einer Halle in der Ecke. Ich habe eine neue Batterie eingebaut, neues Bezin drauf und er ist direkt angesprungen. Probefahrt konnte ich noch nicht machen aber ich hatte das Gefühl das er im Stand manchmal nicht richtig das Gas annehmen wollte… mal schauen der Roller hat auch „erst“ 6.000km gelaufen

Das hört sich doch gut an, der Roller muss mal richtig gefahren werden, dass der frische Sprit überall hinkommt und dann sollte sich das mit dem rauen Leerlauf legen. Wenn nicht, muss man weiter schauen.

Hallo, zunächst einmal großen Respekt vor der geleisteten Arbeit, die Videos sind wirklich informativ. Ich habe auch eine Aprilia SR50 Ditech und ein häufiges Problem ist das Startproblem. Der Motor geht im Leerlauf aus und startet auch nicht, wenn der Motor heiß ist. Bitte geben Sie mir einen Rat oder führen Sie vielleicht eine Reparatur durch und es wäre möglich, das Gerät zur Inspektion zu Ihnen zu bringen? Vielen Dank im Voraus! MfG

servus, bei einem Ditech ist die Fehlersuche relativ kompliziert. Ich würde grundsätzlich zuerst das einfachste probieren zuerst mal eine neue Zündkerze kaufen. bei diesen Modellen gehen die Zündkerzen sehr schnell kaputt. Das hab ich bei meinem einige Male schon gehabt. Danach würde ich den Druck am Kompressor messen. Danach würde ich den Druck der Benzinpumpe messen. Wenn der Motor ausgeht, wenn er warm ist, kann es auch sein, dass es einen Riss im Zylinderblock gibt der sich bei Wärme ausdehnt somit zu Kompressionsverlust führt. Einfach mal probieren. Perer meln aprilia sr50 gp1 stand lange zeit gibt garkein lebenszeichen von sich zündkerze funkt und auf der einspritzdrüse ist druck drauf benzin erreicht die einspritzdrüse auch. Aber ein kollege meinte ein extra kompressor macht den druck. Kann es sein dass dir eindpritzdrüse kaputt ist und wenn ja wie kann ich sie testen? MfG

die Roller haben zwei Düsen einmal die grüne vordüse und die blaue Einspritzdüse. Diedüse wird vom Steuergerät angesteuert. Wenn der kaputt ist, geht sie nicht auf. Du kannst versuchen beim Starten Bremsen Reiniger in den Luft Einlass zu spritzen wenn die Maschine anspringt, weißt du, dass es an der blauen Düse liegt.

15 yrs stalling.i wonder how the piston and crankshaft bearings looks alike.even the intake or sealings.hope they all fine cuz old oil become acid and slowly corrosion will damage the all metal parts.

Habe auch einen SR50 Factory Einspritzer. Ein Super Roller. Habe meinen mit 2000 KM gekauft und der ist auch top beinander. Eine Frage: Ist es normal, wenn man aus dem stand losfahren will, dass er eine Gedenksekunde hat bis er hochdreht und losfährt? Bei mir fährt der erst los, wenn er auf 4 Tausend touren ist und dann zieht er durch. Würde mich mal interessieren... Fährt deiner gleich an beim Gasgeben?

servus, die Gedenksekunde hatte ich bei einigen Vergaserrollern, bei den Einspritzern bis jetzt noch nie. Hast du was an den Vario Rollen verändert? Oder die Gegendruck Feder getauscht?

Der ist noch original und da wurde nichts gemacht. Ich drehe den Gasgriff, dann dreht er hoch ganz normal und dauert etwa 1,5 Sekunden und dann zieht er los und zieht auch sauber durch.

Verfügt die Aprilia über die serienmäßige Verjüngung am Ansaugstutzen (Metallplatte mit Loch)? Ich bin der Meinung, dass Purejets/Ditechs diese benötigen, da das Einspritzsystem über keinen Luftmassenmesser verfügt.

ja die Metallplatte ist da. Da ich über ein Interface verfüge und die Software anpasse mache ich sie immer raus.

@@petesgarage4670 interessant, mein NRG Power Purejet läuft mit der Platte sauberer und hängt direkter am Gas als ohne Plättchen. In dem offiziellen Werkstatthandbuch wird auf die Ansaugung bzw. die Platte nicht eingegangen. Viele denken zunächst, dass es eine klassische Drossel zur Leistungsreduktion ist. Ich bin aber der Auffassung, dass die Nennleistung von 4,4 kW nur mit der Platte erreicht wird und das Steuergerät im Auslieferungszustand auf die Platte hin eingestellt ist - was Einspritzmenge bzw. Luft/Benzingemisch angeht. Es würde mich interessieren ob das Weglassen der Platte in Verbindung mit dem Steuergerät im (Developer Mode?) eine bessere Performance bringt. Ich dachte dieser offene Modus hebt lediglich den Drehzahlbegrenzer auf.

Hi Pete! very nice job! I have a SR50 ditech like yours, but the fuel pump failed. I found a used one and replaced it. It makes the typical noise but I don't know how much pressure it makes. The scooter lights up for 2/3 seconds, sometimes for 5 seconds and then it dies, as if it floods. what do you think it could be? I noticed that after the fuel pump broke, the red injection check light didn't work anymore. Do you know how to restore it? Thank you very much

hi there, maybe the pump is not working properly. This might be the reason. You must be able to read the pressure values. your pump has to produce 7 bar pressure. not working injection light is just a dead bulb. you can replace it by removing the speedo.

Hello friend. I almost bought the same gilerra pj. It doesn't work as it should. I think it's the sprinkler. I can't wait to continue your project to see what else there is to learn. I plan to tear mine down to the last screw, if it is I will prepare well for next summer. Gilerra pj is very rare.

it is indeed rare, but this model is very hard to work on. You need to remove all the fairings to get to the important components. I recently found a original Piaggio diagnostic tool for the purejet models is very hard to find and very expensive. I’m planning to do the next video about this.

Thank you my friend. I will follow you for sure. Honestly, the engine works and the man I bought it from the code drove the engine every day. The engine does not have a top speed, maybe it is because of the rollers. I will certainly remove the tank to clean it well.

@@jonathansoares3620 você pode misturar diferentes óleos de dois atos. você não precisa misturar óleo com gasolina, pois possui uma bomba de óleo. Isso é chamado de lubrificação separada. Se esta bomba estiver quebrada, você precisará misturar o óleo com gasolina para lubrificar o motor.

servus, die Kisten sind am Werk richtig lahm und machen überhaupt keinen Spaß zu fahren. Dieser Roller ist ein v4 Takt Roller und ist gegenüber den Zweitakter noch lahmer. Wenn du selber schrauben kannst und keine Angst hast etwas selbst zu machen, dann kannst du so eine Kiste kaufen. das Problem ist, dass die Dinger überhaupt nicht haltbar sind und du stellenweise einige Sachen direkt nach dem Kauf wechseln muss. Schläuche, Schrauben und so weiter. Einiges fängt sehr früh an zu rosten. Kauf dir lieber einen guten gebrauchten Marken Roller da bist du besser dran.

Habe damals mit Gebrauchtwagen immer Probleme gehabt, als Studi wollte ich mir nun einen Roller zulegen. Aus der Chinakiste wird wohl doch nichts, dann vielleicht doch lieber einen neuen Peugot Kidbee?

@@parvusprinceps628 beim Kissbee machst du nichts verkehrt. Ein einfach aufgebauter und relativ günstiger Roller, der in den ersten Jahren sowieso ohne irgendwelche mucken laufen wird. Eine gute Wahl.

Ach ja, und zu diesen Nova Rollern gibt es keine anständigen Reviews nur vereinzelt Werbevideos. Würde an deiner Stelle im Frühjahr so eine Review hochladen. Viele sind am überlegen sich eine solche Kiste zuzulegen, da der Großteil der Menschen immer weniger verdient üben diese Billigdinger großen Reiz aus. servus, das kann ganz viele Ursachen haben. Von einer defekten Benzinpumpe über ein defektes Steuergerät bis zu einer defekten Einspritzdüse. Es kann aber auch nur die Zündkerze sein….
