Hello, the ingredients are!!! For fish prep? Curry powder Garlic powder Suya spice Salt Maggi season cube Rosemary Thyme All mix together later added little cooking oil to grease the fish while in oven. For the plantains and yam. Just salt and some paprika powder before frying. You can check on my previous shorts to see how i prep the fish 🐟 thanks for watching. ❤❤
