You should post with your current height, weight and age if you want to judge proportional strength, but a good lift indeed. You’d probably benefit from slightly narrower grip to allow you to use more Tricep and be able to break through the sticking point just try changing grip widths it can break plateaus and take time to get great scapular retraction highly recommend a tutorial don’t let your chest cave also watch some for leg drive. You 100% have to try pause reps again just look them up Jeff nippard has some good advice. Stay safe don’t get injured❤

Congrats man! I remember how stoked I was when I first hit 135 haha. Make sure to try and turn your shoulders at a 45 degree angle it will help with strength and prevent any possible injury as you keep increasing in weight.
