We stopped farming because we became black African-Americans and forgot we are the original indigenous Americans aka Indians the colonizers “found”!! We’ve become foreigners in our own land while pilgrims run with all aspects of our culture, lifestyle and history!

Stop calling us/yourself African-American and black. We are indigenous Americans.

As an upstate SC native I've grown up on local products. I know I've left the South when I can no longer find Cheerwine and Goo-Goo Cluster's candy in the stores. I'll be looking for Ashe County cheese, and if you like Bleu Cheese try the one made in Clemson SC; until 58 it was made in Stumphouse tunnel dating back to the war between the states. I'm not a fan if ginger cookies but I'll be trying some of Mrs. Hanes this Christmas. We're in a very special part of the world, so support your local businesses and history so we keep being special forever.

It's a nightmare here in North Carolina. Companies have stopped using vendors that are citizens and replaced us with illegal immigrants. I know one illegal immigrant that makes $9 thousand a week! We have citizens sleeping on the sidewalk while government funded nonprofits house and feed illegal immigrants.

This is not history. This is still happening. In 2019, the USDA was caught discriminating against black farmers. The legislation to fix the wrong done to black farmers was stalled in courts by white farmers wanting their share in 2020. In 2021, 73% of the money won in the lawsuit was distributed to white farmers versus 26% for black farmers (1% other).

Great video. I did not know that JCSU and Livingston played the first HBCU football game. I also did not know that at the time of the founding of the regions HBCU's that Charlotte had the nation's highest number of Black Presbyterians. Great Video.

If we forgot this crap about preserving buildings (so dumb) and made sure ALL of the money went to housing homeless Veterans, we would have NO homeless Veterans. Our priorities are really screwed up when we help real estate and NOT people.
